We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive talent strategies and deliver exceptional HR solutions to enable the achievement of business objectives. In this role, you will report to the Head of People Business.
**How your role will look like**:
- Partner with business leaders to identify HR priorities and design strategies to meet organizational goals
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver HR programs and services, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, performance issues, and conflict resolution
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational design to drive efficiencies and enable growth
- Work closely with the Works Council to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as to foster a positive and productive relationship
**What you need to succeed**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a digital business setting
- Ideally a proven track record of partnering with tech and product organizations to drive talent strategies and enable business growth
- Proven Experience working with a Works Council and deep understanding of German labor law and regulations
