**Your role**:
Are you exited to shape the future of Finance?

We are looking for an experienced program lead who is passionate to futureproof our finance processes, systems and organization. You will lead the organization through a comprehensive roadmap of initiatives to increase effiency and reliability of our finance systems and processes and enable the finance team to live their roles to best possible.

You will report to the Head of CFO Office, yet your key stakeholders span across the whole CFO Area. _Y _ou will become the trusted advisor to the program steering committee and CFO area senior leadership enabling continious focus on key objectives and sound decision making. This position offers a unique opportunity for you to enhance and expand your leadership skills, as you steer the program management function with excellence and strategic vision.

Within this role, you will lead the Programm management office, which includes the following areas of responsibility:

- Build the strong connection between the Steering Committee, workstream leads and other key stakeholders to prepare and facilitate key program decision making and achievement of project goals
- Define and own program governance and program risk management
- Ensure identification and proper management of process, data and technology dependencies between workstreams
- Ensure organizational readiness & change management
- Establish impact and value realization measurement

**Who you are**:

- Passion for Finance Tranformation
- Proven track record in programm management e.g. from integrations or transformation projects
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage, guide and motivate stakeholders towards achieving common objectives
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, strong stakeholder management from senior management to operation level
- Solid understanding of finance processes, affinity for systems, data and processes
- Analytical mindset, well organized, structured and ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle multiple topics
- Strong end-to-end mindset with the ability to connect the dots and assess decision implications across workstreams.
- More than 10 years working experience in project / programm management on integration, transformations or similar projects Master Degree in business, IT, Engineering or other relevant field
