**Your role**:
Agile Transformation and Portfolio is a dedicated team within the CFO Digital Strategy and Realization department driving the agile transformation of our organization and steering the CFO investment portfolio. As an intern you will help us to define, structure, implement and test technology-based processes to enable portfolio/capacity management, project tracking and stakeholder reporting, as well as supporting us in building a pipeline for further process refinements and change requirements. You will assist us with ongoing agile transformations, and you will be involved in the preparation and follow-up of (agile) workshops and trainings. You will provide support in day-to-day business, but you will also assume full responsibility for clearly defined topics, which will give you a lot of practical experience and insights into the corporate world. With your creative ideas you actively influence our digital and agile transformation.
**Who you are**:
- Bachelor's degree or student with valid enrolment at a German university
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication, German language skills are a plus
- Customer-oriented, collaborative, pragmatic problem-solving, analytical thinking, and tech-savvy mindset
- Can-do attitude and excellent presentation & intercultural skills
- Confident in MS Office, basic knowledge of collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
