**Your role**:
As a Strategic Business Transformation Intern, you will report directly to the Head of Transformation and Change Enablement, and work alongside team members to identify and support the priority transformation and change initiatives that are critical to achieving our Life Science goals.
In this capacity, your main responsibilities include:
**Who you are**:
- Bachelor's in science, Engineering, Business or related field, and either recently completed or currently pursuing an advanced degree in similar fields (eg. MA, MSc, PhD). Change Management qualifications (eg. CCMP, PROSI, ATD) is a plus
- 2+ years' experience working on projects involving project management, organizational change, strategic communications, or management consulting
- Experience in defining, designing, and executing a roadmap and developing comprehensive and to-the-point change management & communication plans
