Together we are on an exciting growth journey and want to successfully shape the future of STADA.- **Director Internal Audit (f/m/d)** - Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent**What you can expect**: - You are responsible for participation in the expansion and further development of the service line "Internal Audit & Internal Controls" - You conduct and lead audit engagements by reviewing business processes for gaps and deficiencies in control that could lead to non-compliance with regulation and internal policies, fraud or inefficiencies - You assess the effectiveness and efficiency of business operations and processes - You are responsible for further expansion of data driven audit techniques with Celonis process mining - You shape the positioning of Internal Audit as business partner with clear business acumen - You provide internal consulting (advisory) services to the organization - You perform forensic research on, and analysis of our company's financial data to identify potential fraud and/or business revenue loss - You drive thorough follow-up activities for remediating actions after audit engagements - You prepare audit reports for engagement stakehoulders and present audit results to management - You expand our audit know-how in the fields of production and supply chain **Who we are looking for**: - You hold an university degree in a relevant environment, e.g. Business Administration, Controlling, Business Informatics or Financial Process Engineering - You have more than 10 years of experience in Internal/External Audit or Financial Controlling, preferably in a FMCG company - You are a team player with strong analytical and conceptual skills - You bring an independent way of working with a high level of initiative and proactivity - You have excellent communication and presentation skills - You have experience in conducting end-to-end audits, both alone and in a team and in training junior staff in auditing - You have experience in financial projects such as P&L management, business case planning and shared service processes - Your MS Office skills are good and you bring experience with SAP, in-depth knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g. ACL, Idea) and Power BI - Your language skills in English are fluent (the examination documentation should be written in English); desirably German; other languages are an advantage - You bring flexibility and the willingness to travel worldwide **What we offer**: - An open corporate culture with fast decision-making processes and a lot of potential for your personal development - Individual development and training opportunities - Flexible working hours and mobile working up to 2 days per week (depending on the job profile) - Job ticket for the RMV region and Job Bike - Childcare allowance - Health-promoting offers such as Wellpass or the STADA Gym (free of charge) - Numerous additional benefits such as "future payment", group accident insurance, supplementary pension scheme, and chemical industry pension fund - And much more...- Would you like to find out more about our STADA values?
