Additional you will be Member of the Global Quality Leadership Team.- You collaborate with Global Quality, Supply Chain, internal Manufacturing sites, CMOs and Affiliates to identify solutions for issues holding up batch releases - You develop processes and implement systems to ensure visibility on the release status - You ensure timely batch release by Global Quality Operations of products manufactured at STADA manufacturing sites outside of the EU, as well as CMOs located within and outside of the EU acc. to - 14 AMG - You perform the tasks as Qualified Person acc. to - 14 AMG for products manufactured or packed at STADA sites or external CMOs - You perform the tasks as Head of Quality Control acc. to - 14 AMWHV for products manufactured or packed by Stada Sites or external CMOs - You support product launches and organizes timely releases of launch batches - You participat and post-process of inspections and audits - You supervise current and upcoming pharmaceutical legislations (e.g. AMG, cGMP, AMWHV, BtMG) - You develop, update, approve and implement Global Standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to update global and local processes - You continuously assess Global Quality Supply Chain and impact assessment of regulatory changes - You develop and implement process optimizations and improvements - You prepare and facilitate global trainings to the Global Quality Operations Community - You develop an agile organization able to react quickly and decisively to market requirements - You develop and monitor key performance indicators to review all processes - You participates in global projects and ensures timely implementation - You are responsible for the budget **Who we are looking for** - You have a University degree in pharmaceutical science, natural sciences or related field - You bring more than 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry - You have good knowledge of the legal basics: cGMP, AMG, AMWHV - You have good knowledge in the field of pharmaceutical analytics - You bring Leadership capabilities - You are able to think analytically and systematically - You work team oriented, self-motivated, integer, agile and proactive - You have fluent English language skills and excellent communication skills **What we offer** - An open corporate culture with fast decision-making processes and a lot of potential for your personal development - Individual development and training opportunities - Flexible working hours and mobile working up to 2 days per week (depending on the job profile) - Job ticket for the RMV region and Job Bike - Childcare allowance - Health-promoting offers such as Wellpass or the STADA Gym (free of charge) - Numerous additional benefits such as "future payment", group accident insurance, supplementary pension scheme, and chemical industry pension fund - And much more...- Would you like to find out more about our STADA values?
