Hi We are verkstedt.

We are a distributed team of software developers, regularly meeting in Cologne and Berlin.

We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Technical Product Owner to manage a team of developers in our exciting projects.

In this pivotal role, you'll bridge the gap between our seasoned engineers and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, resolving technical queries, and eliminating obstacles for seamless, high-quality product delivery

You'll be part of a team where appreciative and supporting communication forms our DNA, enabling a conducive and respectful environment for all.

Tasks
- Managing and supporting a team of developers, ensuring a smooth flow of operations and clarification of technical questions.
- Collaborating extensively within the team and maintaining open communication with stakeholders and in-house teams of clients.
- Actively participating in decision-making within the project scope, fostering a sense of ownership and initiative.
- Encouraging and ensuring adherence to agile methodologies tailored to meet our specific project needs.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for building great software with nice people
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTTP and other relevant web-based protocols.
- Having experience in the field of healthcare is a clear plus, not however a must.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact efficiently with various teams and external stakeholders.
- A certain degree of physical proximity to Berlin or Cologne for regular team meetings.

Please note
Unlike many other openings in verkstedt, this position requires fluency in German as well as good communication skills in English.

**Benefits**:

- Salary ranging from €50,000 to €65,000 per year gross, dependent on experience.
