Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting a ** Product Owner ** to join their Business in ** Germany.** **Position Title**: **Product Owner** **Position Type**: - Employment**Start Date**: - ASAP**Location**: - Dusseldorf, Germany**Contact**: - Davor Molnar | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 63**Responsibilities**: - Develop and own the delivery - roadmap- Develop scope and define backlog items - (epic/fe - atures - /user stories) t - hat guide the Agile software development team- Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions- Demonstrate deliverables and overall progress to stakeholders- Deliver required training for internal staff and business representatives in the use of new products- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of deliverables- Ensure that all work packages are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget- Ensure resource availability and allocation- Develop detailed project plans to track progress- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques- Report and escalate to management as needed- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders- Perform risk management to minimize project risks- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation **Skill/Job Requirements**: - 5 years of demonstrated and progressive experience with supervisory responsibilities, change management activities and in initiating the implementation of complex systems projects.- At least 3 years of recent professional experience in programme / project planning, management and successful delivery of complex cross functional or interdependent projects, some of which should be at the global or international level.- Excellent knowledge of methods and techniques for planning, monitoring and managing large, complex programmes;- - Ability to effectively collaborate with teams in an international, multicultural, multi-disciplinary environment;- Separated by geographical locations and working under different time-zones; ability to "think out of the box" and to make innovative proposals and problem solve;- - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, advocate, motivate, resolve conflict, and adapt relevant leadership styles to a variety of situations;- Proactive, flexible, resourceful and able to work independently with limited supervision;- Ability to work in a multicultural team and to develop and expand international networks; understanding of the WHO Academy’s objectives, added value and potential impact for a diversity of internal and external stakeholders;- Familiarity with AI platforms and solutions, machine learning and deep learning frameworks, robotics, and frontier digital technologies in health and educational settings. - Experience in managing projects running on Agile methodologies - For more details contact:- Quoting reference: - DE_MGDM_PO13832- Or call - **_ Davor_** *** on: - +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 63- View our latest jobs:- Follow us on twitter:
