Our focus is on enhancing and facilitating effective communication and efficient processes between ship and shore. **Supervisor Maritime Training**
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Quantify training demand, monitor, report compliance in close collaboration with HR Fleet Operations and organize training courses for crew members
- Proactively communicate training needs to crew members and assign them to training measures under his/her responsibility
- Act as a Business Partner to CMG’s training vendors
- Invoice handling and accounting
- Maintain personal records and related databases
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in professional training and/ or diploma in HR Field/ Social Sciences/ Ship Management or similar fields is required. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Professional experience in Training in the cruise industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in building professional networks of trust.
- Good organizational skills.
- Very good command of the English language and proficient computer skills including MS Office 365.
