**Your Responsibilities**
- Supervise and asses the activities of the Technical & Logistics Fleet Teams Coordinators to improve their performance and identify best practices
- Provide support to the Opex and Capex Owners throughout the bidding phase, including formulating negotiation strategies with vendors
- Prepare reports and conduct data analysis within the Fleet Technical Operations, providing valuable insights and recommendations
- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures, identify opportunities to improve operational processes and enhance service quality
- Assist the Fleet Teams in fulfilling the supply chain process, from requisitions to invoice settlement, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery
**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent professional training
- Previous professional experience in procurement & supply chain desirably in the maritime or cruise industry
- Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and prioritization skill
- Proactive team player
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office
- Very good command of the English language
