**Supervisor HR Systems (f/m/d)**
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain a stable Marine HR System environment
- Key user for HR Systems, ensuring regular set up and data maintenance
- Prepare analytical data and presentations
- Set up and improve procedures related to the operational use of HR Systems
- Coordinate all systems related topics like trainings, familiarization or participating in projects

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in Business Administration or professional training
- Experience with HR systems or database management
- First experience in business process management & project work
- Technical and analytical understanding
- Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities
- Business fluent English & strong communication skills
