**This is what awaits you**:
As **Head of Finance & Risk Region CEE** you will be responsible for overseeing the areas of financial reporting, Internal Control System and Risk Management within the region Central & Eastern Europe and Middle East. You will be the initial contact person for group functions (Group Finance & Accounting/Tax/Risk/Internal Audit) and manage a team of two people.
Financial Reporting
- Ensuring consistent and compliant IFRS accounting within the region
- Responsible for the preparation of accounting papers on significant transactions
- Managing and coordinating the regional monthly and yearly closing procedures in terms of compliance with group deadlines for upload into the internal consolidation tool and quality assurance of data
- Central regional contact for financial IT tools (e.g., HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)) and sparring partner for questions in regard to financial accounting under IFRS
Internal Control Systems (ICS)
- Implementing of an Internal Control system and ensuring compliance with established group Internal Control frameworks
- Enhancing and assessing the Internal Controls situation at local level
- Leading initiatives focused on improving the efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness of business processes
Risk Management
- Coordinating the risk management process for the region, this entailing the identification, evaluation and controlling of risks
- Development of applied tools and integration of further Business Units
- Leading and supporting of projects around Finance / Accounting

- University degree in Business Administration / Finance / Accounting / Controlling
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Finance
- Several years of experience in leading a team
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Hands-on mentality
- Passion and motivation to drive change and implement / develop new ideas for the success of the business
- Business fluency in English (written and spoken), German desirable
