Werde Teil unseres modernen und wegweisenden Unternehmens, als Head of Corporate Finance & Treasury (m/w/d) in Frankfurt am Main.

Aufgaben:
  • Leitung und Entwicklung der Corporate-Finance-Strategie einschließlich Kapitalbeschaffung und Refinanzierungsmaßnahmen
  • Verantwortung für das Treasury-Management, einschließlich Liquiditätsplanung, Cash-Flow-Steuerung und Risikomanagement
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Finanzierungsstruktur und Bankenbeziehungen
  • Steuerung von Rechtsberatern zu Finanzierungsthemen (inkl. SFA)
  • Mitwirkung bei M&A-Aktivitäten, insbesondere bei Due Diligence, Finanzierung und Post-Merger-Integration
  • Entwicklung und Überwachung von KPIs für Finanz- und Treasury-Prozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Controlling, HR, IT und PMI
  • Unterstützung Exit Readiness bzw. von Exit Prozessen
  • Berichtswesen an Investoren, Banken und weitere Stakeholder
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aufsichtsrat und Gesellschafter zu Finanzierungsthemen
  • Sicherstellung der Intercompany- und Gesellschafter Finanzierungsverträge
  • Unterstützung Jahresabschlussprozess mit dem Wirtschaftsprüfer insbesondere zur Ermittlung von Firmenwerten
Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in führenden Positionen im Finanzwesen, vorzugsweise in Private-Equity-getriebenen Unternehmen
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in den Bereichen Corporate Finance, Treasury und strategisches Controlling
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, in einem Team Dinge zu verändern und Abläufe zu verbessern
  • Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit zur Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von neuen Konzepten und Strategien
  • Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
