**Du passt zu uns, wenn du**:
- bereits 2-4 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Search Engine Advertising gesammelt hast
- im Umgang mit Online Marketing Tools wie Google Analytics und dem Google Ads Manager geübt bist
- SEA, SEM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPM, CTR, DSP, LCW, BMM, ARR, RLSA, AOV, etc. ohne nachzudenken sofort zuordnen kannst
- das Analysieren von Suchbegriffen im Search Account zum Spaß machst, das letzte Eck im Account noch umkehrst und optimierst
- SVERWEIS / SUMMEWENN / XOR / Pivot-Tabellen zum Frühstück optimierst
- selbstbewusst und souverän deine Arbeit oder Präsi beim Kunden vor Ort oder online präsentieren kannst
- am liebsten selbstorganisiert und ohne große Kontrolle oder Arbeitsanweisung weisst, was zu tun ist, Prioritäten richtig erkennst und umsetzt
- dich in einem jungen, diversen Team mit flachen Hierarchien und viel Empathie wohl fühlst
- gar nicht mehr merkst, ob du gerade Englisch oder Deutsch mit jemand geredet hast
**D**as könnten deine neuen Aufgaben werden**:
- Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von SEA-Kampagnen für unsere nationalen & internationalen Kunden
- Kontinuierliche strategische Optimierung der Kampagnen nach vereinbarten KPIs
- Analyse von Webseiten und Definition von Kunden Zielen
- Entwicklung von Begriffswelten und Anzeigentexten mit optimaler Gruppierung in Anzeigengruppen
- Erstellung und Auswahl von Landing Pages, um bestmögliche Conversion Rates zu erzielen
- Integration von Site
- & Conversion Tracking Systemen
- Verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Präsentation von Quartals-/Ad-hoc-Reports
