The Product Specialist for Prime Video Ads is an established industry expert in Streaming TV and is a crucial contributor to the success of Streaming TV advertising solutions - spanning across Prime Video, Freevee and Live Sports. The Product Specialist partners across multiple teams including product, business, sales and finance to deliver scaled sales strategies and direct customer support. The Product Specialist will support the launch of Prime Video Ads, develop sales packages and plays an enablement role with the broader Sales team. They are sought after partners and brought as needed to close business with high value customers - often focusing on delivering short-term progress (e.g. 6 months) against specific accounts with pre-identified adoption challenges.About the team: Amazon Ads helps brands design ad experiences that delight customers and deliver meaningful results. If you’re interested in joining a rapidly growing team working to build a unique, world-class advertising group with a relentless focus on the customer, you’ve come to the right place.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience- Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting- Experience in client services, including developing client relationships- Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels- 8+ years of TV/STV/Video/Programmatic ad sales or agency experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- MBA, or Master's degree- Experience in people management- Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.- Experience in the social media and video advertising landscape, and in Video Commerce with an understanding of the environment.
