Local Unit & Position Description: You will be working in a modern, international and digitalized organisation that is driven by the purpose, to safeguard life, property and the environment. As student assistant ("Werkstudent (m/w/div)") you will be part of our GSS organisation in our HR Payroll team. Our team is reponsible for the correct payment of around 1200 salaries in Germany as well as for handling internal and external audits and diverse projects. Using your care to correct data processing and solution-orientation, you will: - be involved in the day-to-day business and current HR projects. The handling of various administrative activities, e.g. the recording of data in SAP-HR or the handling of student timesheets will be part of your daily work. - be communicating in German language with your direct colleagues in the team, - have the occasion to use our Software tools in English language and will be able to interact with colleagues from abroad, e.g. in Poland. This position will enable you to grow and get experience in a professional HR organisation. Your place of work will be in the Hafencity of Hamburg. Position Qualifications: - Enrolled student in the field of business administration or similar - focus on HR or tax welcome - First practical experience in the context of internships or part-time employment is welcome - Affinity for numbers - Proactive approach - Very good MS Office skills, especially Outlook and Excel - Enjoy working in a team and enjoy dealing with people - Fluency in German and English language required - Availability: approx. 20 hours per week Company & Business Area Description: DNV is the independent expert in assurance and risk management, operating in more than 100 countries.
