We're on a mission to make the speciality coffee experience more affordable, digital, and convenient. In a world where services continue to move into the virtual world, LAP (Life Among People) is bringing back the human touch paired with the personalisation and convenience that modern consumers have gotten used to with digital business.
Centered around emotion - the smell of a morning coffee, the warmth of a coffee cup, the social interaction and conversations shared over a coffee, the smile of the barista weʼre making high-quality coffee radically more accessible.
We're a small but mighty team serving coffees out of our stores in Berlin. We're looking for a Founder Associate to join our team in Berlin Mitte and work directly with our Co-Founder & CEO.
Tasks
- Business Strategy & Planning: Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational efficiency.
- Operations: Assist in optimizing day-to-day operations, from supply chain management to store performance, ensuring that we maintain high service standards as we scale.
- Marketing & Brand Development: Contribute to marketing campaigns, customer engagement strategies, and brand-building efforts that align with our mission to bring high-quality coffee to more people.
- Product & Customer Experience: Work on product development, testing new offerings, and enhancing the in-store and digital customer experience.
- Financial & Data Analysis: Analyze key metrics, generate insights from financial data, and support in decision-making to drive business performance.
- Project Management: Lead special projects, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- 6 months-2 years of experience in a high-growth startup, management consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Passion for coffee
