Als mein persönlicher Assistent / Founder Associate bekommst du die einzigartige Chance, sowohl die Gründer- als auch die Investorenseite des Ökosystems zu erleben. Ich bin Gründer und Motor hinter einer Vielzahl von Projekten: Project Bay (Europas führendem Anbieter von Workation-Angeboten), Founders Bay (einem Startup-Accelerator, das junge Unternehmen beschleunigt), Herofounders (einem Company Builder, der Startups von der Idee bis zum Markteintritt begleitet) SNAZZ (einem innovativen IT-Unternehmen) 1Raum (einem neuen aufstrebenden Tinyhouse-Startup) DenKannManBringen (einer Beratungsfirma, die Unternehmen neu denkt) sowie vielen neuen Projekten Aufgaben Werde Teil des Management-Teams: Du bist bei strategischen Entscheidungen dabei, nimmst an Management-Meetings teil und bekommst Einblicke in die Führung mehrerer Unternehmen. Leite eigene Projekte: Von der Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsideen bis zum operativen Aufbau von Startups wie 1Raum – deine Ideen und dein Engagement sind gefragt. Startup- und Investorenwelt: Unterstütze mich bei der Koordination von Investorentreffen und Pitch-Events und erhalte Einblicke in die Finanzierung von Startups. Kreative und organisatorische Unterstützung: Während deine Hauptaufgaben im Bereich der Projektentwicklung und -leitung liegen, unterstützt du auch im Tagesgeschäft durch Kalendermanagement, E-Mail-Koordination und das Erstellen von Präsentationen. Qualifikation Ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Management, Entrepreneurship oder Ähnliches, mit der Notwendigkeit eines Pflichtpraktikums. Eine Leidenschaft für Startups, Technologie und Innovation. Die Fähigkeit, in einem hochdynamischen Umfeld zu navigieren und proaktiv zu handeln. Starkes Interesse an der Startup- und Investorenlandschaft. Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Benefits Ein Praktikum an der Schnittstelle von Gründung, Finanzierung und Skalierung von Startups. Die Chance, ein breites Netzwerk in der Startup- und Investorenwelt aufzubauen. Einblicke in die Vielfalt der Startup-Szene, von Workation-Angeboten über IT-Lösungen bis hin zu innovativen Wohnkonzepten. Die Möglichkeit, nach dem Praktikum eine langfristige Rolle in einem unserer Projekte zu übernehmen. Bereit, die Zukunft mitzugestalten?
