**Role overview**

We are searching for an eager and ambitious **Founder's Associate** to partner with and directly support our Founder and CEO as well as the commercial team. This role will be supporting all aspects of operation finance, partnerships, fundraising, and much more. We see the Founder Associate role as the perfect way to support business development in its truest sense - while building a business.

**Key responsibilities**

Work directly with the co-founder and CEO on commercial, product and organizational development.
- Financial Support:_ Lead financial and operational analyses, monitor development towards financial and operational benchmarks as well as market analysis and streamlining of processes.
- Project Management: _Spearhead important projects under the CEO's guidance. Exercise initiative through improvement areas, leveraging data towards strategies and closely collaborate with various teams and people to implement and refine these strategies.
- HR & Legal: _Collaborate with teams and leadership team as well as external providers to ensure business & legal needs are met. Provide policies, procedures and templates that are up to date and in line with collective agreements and local laws. Proactively identify gaps, challenges and opportunities as well as bringing insights and recommendations in order to improve organization and overall employee experience.
- Fundraising & Investor Relations:_ Own and manage insightful communications with investors, detailing strategic milestones and financials. Partner with the founder to develop a fundraising strategy and prepare essential materials like pitch decks.

**Your profile**
- A degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics or equivalent, Masters preferred.
- 1-3 years of working experience, related experience in a start-up environment, consultancy or similar.
- You have a proactive and growth-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to think critically and break down complex problems.
- You are a hyper-logical and structured thinker; you can break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work.
- Curiosity and passion for problem-solving, with a strong appetite for growth and a can-do attitude.
- Collaborative with a high degree of ownership working style with strong people-skills and experience working in teams under pressure.
- Able to navigate ambiguity and bring structure when needed.
- Able to work on multiple projects in parallel, across different functions of the business.
- Execution-orientated with a real sense of urgency.
- Fluent English as well as at least B2/C1 German or Swedish
- You want to get your hands dirty and learn how to build a business from scratch.
