**THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER**

You'll be joining our Product Operations team, sitting in TIER's Business Organization and working at the interface of Business and Technology to ensure Product priorities, capabilities and impacts truly drive our company strategy and are in harmony across teams and departments.

Product Operations works closely with Product and cross-functional teams, collaborating centrally and locally (markets, commercial, legal, central operations, analytics, public policy) spanning the entire product life cycle. We drive strategic initiatives from ideation to implementation and foster continuous improvement to deliver on our critical business objectives.

We're looking for an ambitious Product Operations Associate to join our diverse and talented team. You’ll work closely with Product and Product Ops Managers on a broad range of domains focusing on Consumer (growth, payments, fraud, ride experience), Cities (safety & compliance, parking, advanced compliance detection, tenders), Operations (maintenance and repairs, field operations, demand conversion) and key cross-functional strategic projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

- **Data-driven insights**:

- Perform deep-dive analysis to evaluate existing feature performance or assess the impact potential of tackling new problems and opportunities;
- **Planning & prioritization** - Work with our Product Operations Manager to frame opportunities with stakeholders and facilitate decision-making in strategic prioritization trade-offs across 33+ countries;
- **Cross-functional alignment**:

- Support Product Operations Manager in fostering alignment on plans and deliverables for cross-cutting initiatives, such as with product management, engineering, design, marketing, customer support, analytics and other business functions;
- **Execution/Go-to-marke**t - Support Product and Product Ops Managers through the Product lifecycle to maximize the team impact, globally and locally; monitor post-launch performance and collect feedback to drive continuous improvements;
- **Knowledge**:

- Ensure stakeholders know available features and fully leverage existing functionalities; share best practices regarding features implementation;
- **Tools** - Help Product & Tech teams implement and maintain available tools to work effectively.

**YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education and experience**
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university or business school
- 1-2 years experience in product/product operations management, project management, consulting, investment banking or operations
- Analytical skills (SQL/Looker proficiency preferred) and strategic thinking
- Experience in project and stakeholder management, excellent communication and presentation skills via written and oral communication
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Interest or prior experience in Product, Tech, Mobility, Operations
