We are looking for a **Operations Associate** to join the DH Innovations Hub on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. DH Innovations Hub is the testing platform of Delivery Hero in Berlin and is part of Delivery Hero Europe, the regional team that consists of 7 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions.

As the DH Innovations Hub, we present a small-scale country structure that not only delivers food from our vendor partners to our Heroes but also serves as a playground for our technology teams. Our mission is to provide an easily accessible environment for testing new technologies, conveniently located alongside our headquarters. Specifically, our focus is on enhancing products, features, and operational processes to deliver an even better service and experience on our local platform, but also worldwide.

In this role, you will serve as the fundamental baseline of our operations, supporting Logistics, Service, Product and Vendor Operations. You will own processes aimed at improving and maintaining our operations.

**Your mission**:

- Work alongside our Logistics, Service, Product and Vendor department managers, including fleet and 3PL management such as maintaining our vendor platform.
- Constant collaboration with our Product Teams while building and maintaining the bridge between our team and central stakeholders.
- Manage day to day operations tasks and keep ownership while delivering on agreed KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

**Your heroic skills**:

- 1-2 years of experience in operational - data driven roles.
- Previous experience in operations in the food or tech industry is highly preferred.
- The ability to work cross-functionally is key, as you will be dealing with diverse topics and stakeholders within your scope.
- Skilled in data analysis and proficient in creating and interpreting comprehensive reports, including excellent command of Google sheets.
- Analytical thinking & problem-solving mentality.
- Self-driven and results oriented with a clear sense of ownership for their tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure seamless coordination with various stakeholders.

**Nice to have**:

- Basic knowledge in BigQuery/SQL.
- The ability to structure and plan your day efficiently, and to solve tasks according to priority with skilled time management, will immensely benefit you in this role.
- Background in fleet operations, 3PL management, or similar, with a focus on German labor law.
