Join our Program Services & Operations team as a

**Program Planner**
(M/F/x, full-time, 40 hrs./week, starting from October 2025, unlimited)

and help shape the future by bringing your expertise and passion to ESMT.

**How youll make a difference**:

- You will manage the program planning process and organize regular planning review rounds
- You assess feasibility of new and revised programs against ESMT resources
- You partner with program directors and teams, serving as a trusted advisor
- You design, optimize, and finalize program schedules; secure faculty and room availability
- You work in unison with fellow planners to ensure seamless cross-program performance
- You ensure consistency in record keeping across internal systems
- You continuously evaluate and identify improvements in operational efficiency
- Potential for role expansion:_ support the Director, Program Services and Operations with data management projects that improve the technological infrastructure; build expertise in tools that handle program data (e.g., database management); lead on new projects such as the introduction of scheduling software, and a school-wide calendar.

**What makes you a great fit**:

- You have a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience; ideally (but not a must) in resource planning processes and/or managing education programs
- You are analytical and enjoy optimising processes and procedures
- You are comfortable working with complexity
- You balance big picture thinking with detail orientation
- You have proven process and project management skills
- You have excellent communication skills, able to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- You like to work in an international environment, and are fluent in English
