As a Sales Planner & Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of planning, execution, and analytics—designing targeted sales campaigns, optimizing performance, and ensuring our teams focus on the highest-impact opportunities. As PERGOLUX continues to scale across Europe, Australia, North America, and South America, you will play a critical part in aligning sales efforts with revenue-driving priorities. This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape how a premium outdoor-living brand operates and grows in 13+ global markets. What You’ll Do Plan, coordinate, and optimize targeted sales campaigns, including seasonal pushes, product launches, upsells, and reactivation initiatives. Develop campaign structures such as target lists, cadences, messaging, and incentive frameworks. Track campaign performance in real time, adjusting tactics and sharing best practices across markets. Build dashboards, lead-quality analyses, and post-campaign insights to support data-driven decisions. Support forecasting and pipeline modeling while ensuring smooth handoffs between Marketing and Sales. What You’ll Bring Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Campaign Planning (D2C/e-commerce a plus). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce) and BI tools. Proven experience designing and executing measurable sales or marketing campaigns. Fluent English (C1+) with a proactive, structured, and collaborative working style.
