Job Description

TechStyle is the provider behind some of the fastest growing online fashion brands in history, including Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, JustFab, Yitty, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids.

Currently four of these brands are present in Europe:
- Fabletics, focused on athleisure and created together with the actress Kate Hudson;- Savage X Fenty, our highly loved lingerie brands established together with Rihanna;- JustFab, our online subscription fashion retailer that carries selections of shoes, handbags, jewelry, and denim;- Yitty, our shapewear brand reinvented by the singer Lizzo.

Savage X Fenty is a joint venture between Rihanna’s Fenty Corporation and TechStyle Fashion Group.

Co-founded by music and fashion icon Rihanna, Savage X Fenty is the first line of lingerie that celebrates and speaks to all shades and shapes of women, and celebrates fearlessness, confidence and inclusivity.

Globally launched in 2018, went live and began shipping its products to over 220 countries worldwide. Celebrating fearlessness, confidence and inclusivity, the label has disrupted the marketplace with its accessible price point and extensive assortment of lingerie.

With headquarters in Los Angeles and offices in Berlin, London, and Barcelona, Savage X Fenty is currently looking for an EU Merchandise Planner for a full-time, unlimited position based in our Berlin office.

How Do You Fit In?

This position will report to the Senior Director Merchandising & Planning - Europe.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop seasonal merchandise plans in collaboration with the buying team to achieve financial targets, sales goals, and inventory turnover objectives.- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring appropriate stock levels to meet demand, while minimizing excess inventory and markdowns.- Conduct regular sales and inventory analysis to identify opportunities and risks and make recommendations for action to drive sales and profitability.- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional strategies, markdown plans, and inventory management initiatives.- Own all performance reporting e.g. Monday reporting, month-end reporting, quarterly hindsight, line cards.- Analyse historical sales data, market trends, and consumer demand to forecast future sales and determine appropriate future targets.- Assist in managing and training the Buying and Planning Coordinator.- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on merchandise plans, financial targets, and business objectives.- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional team members, including teams based in Los Angeles and other international offices

**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, finance, math or related field.- Previous experience in merchandise planning, retail buying, or inventory management, preferably in the fashion industry.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and merchandise planning software/systems.- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in data analysis and decision-making.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.- Knowledge of retail math concepts and understanding of financial metrics such as sales, margin, and inventory turnover.- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.- Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs and market conditions.- Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of consumer trends and preferences.- Fluency in English.
