**What does the role involve?...**

Responding to daily comments and questions on social media (Facebook and Instagram).

Working across 3+ different internal systems to manage customer questions and requests.

Being in contact with the other customer service agents in order to ask for help where needed, and to give help to others.

It is essential that you are comfortable working in both English and German and switching between the two.

**You will need/be...**

A fluent German speaker and writer, with excellent English reading and writing skills. Equally comfortable working in both languages.

Proven experience looking after people; dealing with questions, queries, solving problems (this doesn’t have to be a customer service role, could include anyone who is used to looking after people and helping them solve problems).

Highly organised, a quick learner and comfortable following processes.

Comfortable using technology and different systems and programmes (often at the same time).

A naturally positive, outgoing, friendly and service-orientated personality.

Calm under pressure, able to manage customer challenges or unusual situations - they can happen

Keen to learn about our products and how they help the environment.

Comfortable working remotely and independently but also values being part of our virtual team and working closely with your fellow CS agents and manager.

**The smol print**

This is a part time role, with a minimum of 10 hours per week and opportunities for overtime. The primary hours will be weekday afternoons and evenings and/or over the weekend, so a degree of flexibility with your working hours is required.
