David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a German speaking Sales Retention Agent for their Limassol office.

Position: Sales Retention Agent

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: 2000 - 2500 euro gross/month + 650 euro accommodation + commissions.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Promote the company's products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
- Increase chances of future sales
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
- Keep up to date with the financial markets

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous phone-based sales experience, from any industry, is a MUST
- No previous Forex experience required
- Computer savviness
- Ability to work with deadlines & targets
- Management and mathematics skills
- Great objection-handling skills
- Availability to start/join with the short notice
