**The role you’ll play**:
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist you will play an integral role in the commercial value chain and help to secure new business in the company. You will introduce new customers to LanguageWire’s tools and services, plan and facilitate projects, and ensure that all customers gets the best possible introduction through a dedicated and customized onboarding.

As a team we are spread across our Valencia, US, Stockholm, Varberg and Copenhagen office, and praise ourselves of having the best team collaboration, enabled by a strong team spirit and regular virtual check ins.

- Managing an end to end onboarding process
- Ensuring excellent onboarding experience for new clients on our platform
- Ensuring excellent re-onboarding for clients on larger and/or technology-driven deals
- Advising customers on tailored solutions
- Identifying opportunities of further development of client and communicate these to
- Supporting the Business Development Directors & Customer Success Teams in solution and insights selling
- Identifying automation and other potential efficiency opportunities
- Being first point of contact for any customer requests
- Staying up to date on latest tech-development and content trends
**In one year, you’ll know you were successful if you’ve**:
- Demonstrated success through Ramp-up accounts
- Ensured minimum 35% growth on your onboarded accounts
- Received high customer NPS scores
- Gotten good Workflow scores
- Promoted and sold LanguageWire tech offerings
- Secured a high customer retention
- Had your colleagues say they really appreciate you and your work

- A Bachelor or a Master degree within a relevant field
- A proven track-record within project management
- Excellence in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience from the translation/content industry, tech, or another relevant area
- A strong drive to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Fluency in English and potentially also further languages
