**Responsibilities**:

- Support Project Portfolio Managers within the OSTE PMO in the fulfilment of their duties, responsibilities in reaching company defined targets
- Improve project management communication, tools and standards to increase the maturity level of Project and Portfolio management within the company
- Keep project master data within the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system up to date to secure efficient management evaluation, analysis and decision making
- Effectively communicate with various stakeholder connected to the Project Management and Portfolio Management organization
- Maintain, organise and coordination of various Project Portfolio Boards or other Project Management Office relevant meetings and events
- Analysis, reporting and presenting of Portfolio or Project Office related Data and Metrics
- Communication with other Olympus entities, other Project Management Offices, Functional Areas including global entities
- Governance of the Business Review Deliverable (BRD) processes

Your qualification
- Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent
- Experience in support of project management offices, Portfolio Management offices, assistant to portfolio managers
- Experience in managing and reporting on Project and Portfolio Key Performance Indicators
- IT affine working with data and data related tooling like PowerBI advantageous
- German and English language Level C2
- MS Office skills specifically Excel, PPT, Teams
- SAP know-how (preferably)
- Project Management qualification, (IPMA Level Basic training or equivalent)
- Intercultural awareness
- Independent, self-organizing, strong administrative skills
- Continuous improvement mindset, outside the box thinking
