Ihre Aufgaben
- Organisation und Koordination verschiedener Projektportfolio-Meetings oder anderer für das Project Management Office relevanter Sitzungen und Veranstaltungen
- Aufgaben
- und Aktionsverfolgung, die sich aus einer Sitzung oder aus Projekt-/Portfolioüberprüfungen ergeben
- Zusammenarbeit mit Portfolio
- und Projektmanagern, um die Ursachen und Auswirkungen von Abweichungen zu verstehen, sowie Unterstützung bei Problemlösungen und Gegenmaßnahmen
- Kommunikation von Berichten, KPIs und Besprechungsprotokollen innerhalb des Olympus-Konzerns
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Olympus-Einheiten, Projektmanagementbüros und Funktionsbereichen einschließlich globaler Einheiten an projektbezogenen Inhalten
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen PMO, um sicherzustellen, dass angeforderte Informationen rechtzeitig geteilt und übermittelt werden
- Entwicklung und Aktualisierung der PMO-SharePoint-Seite
- Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung des PMO-Teams (z. B. Reiseplanung, SAP-Bestellungen, PMO-E-Mail-Eingang)
- Unterstützung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Projektmanagements bei Projektorganisation, Standards und Berichten
- Administration und Archivierung von Projekt
- und Portfoliodaten

Ihre Qualifikationen
- Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss (Business Administration, Wirtschaft, Kommunikationsmanagement o. Ä.)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, idealerweise in einem international agierenden Unternehmen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel) und idealerweise SharePoint
- Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
- Gutes Deutsch und Englisch
- Kommunikationsstärke in Wort und Schrift
- Organisationstalent
- Proaktive, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
