Senior Specialist Export Control

**Tasks**:
- Application and processing of US permits
- Product classification in accordance with EU and US legislation
- Independent and complete guidance and legal assessment of export control law queries from BU Semicon workers, customers, and authorities
- Participation in the development and implementation of all essential measures of the company's Internal Control Program Export Control (ICP)
- Participation in departmental projects, such as the implementation of legal changes, international trade procedures and instruments
- Foreign trade audit preparation and support, data acquisition, and clarification aid.
- Participation in export manager reporting
- Implementation of internal training courses and tests (risk analysis, spot checks, etc.)
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of multinational company export control and proven knowledge in export control law (export control specialist or comparable qualification).
- International supply chain experience.
- Extensive knowledge with integrating export control programmes
- Participation in group-wide, cross-departmental projects including foreign trade issues.
- Technical management in an international business setting
- Confident action in an international and intercultural workplace
- Excellent oral and written German and English skills
