Deine Aufgaben
- Konzeption, Umsetzung aller notwendigen Maßnahmen im Bereich der Exportkontrolle als Teil des Compliance Management Systems
- Vorgabe für IT Tools, Prozesse und Schulungen im Bereich Exportkontrolle insbesondere zur Umsetzung des OSRAM Internal Control Program Export Control (ICP)
- Selbständige und umfassende Beratung aller Unternehmenseinheiten im gesamten Spektrum der Exportkontrolle einschließlich Klassifizierung
- Steuerung der Exportkontrollverantwortlichen in den Business Units und lokalen Einheiten und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Compliance Officern der Unternehmenseinheiten
- Mitarbeit bei der Berichterstattung an den Ausfuhrverantwortlichen für den Bereich Compliance Management System & Exportkontrolle
- Behandlung und Beantwortung exportkontrollrechtlicher Anfragen von Mitarbeitern*innen, Kunden*innen und Behörden sowie von Fragen zum Thema Compliance
- Unterstützung bei den weiteren Aufgaben der Compliance Abteilung, insbesondere Compliance Risks Assessments, Untersuchungen, Tools

Wen wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik oder im Ingenieurwesen oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industrie-/Speditionskaufmann/-frau mit entsprechender berufsbegleitender Qualifikation (z.B. Exportkontrollfachwirt) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 6-8 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Exportkontrolle eines international tätigen Unternehmens und nachgewiesene exportkontrollrechtliche Expertise (Exportkontrollfachwirt*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
- Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Exportkontrolle einschl. Klassifizierung, kaufmännische und regulatorische Kenntnisse, Verhandlungskompetenz, Erfahrung in der internationalen Supply Chain, bei Audits / Reviews und im Projektmanagement
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Umfangreiche SAP-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung bei der Integration von Exportkontroll-Applikationen sowie sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Ausgezeichnetes Geschäftsverständnis mit Gespür für compliancerechtliche Risiken im Vertrieb sowie für strafrechtliche Zusammenhänge
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
