Aufgaben
- Prozessmanagement in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem/der Projektleiter:in (z. B. Erstellung von Projektaufträgen und Statusberichten)
- Aufbau und Bereitstellung von Reportings sowie Ableitung von Optimierungspotentialen im Rahmen des PMO, insbesondere im Projektcontrolling
- Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, sowie die Bereitstellung und Pflege von projektrelevanten Templates
- Durchführung von unternehmensinternen Schulungen sowie Moderation und Nachbereitung von internen Workshops im Projekt
- Protokollierung von Meetings und Nachverfolgung von projektspezifischen, internen Aufgaben
- Pflege von Risikoregistern, sowie die Übernahme des Risikomanagements in Projekten (je nach Level)

Anforderungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erste oder mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im PMO, Projektumfeld oder vergleichbaren Bereich (wir suchen Junior-, Mid
- oder Senior Level)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Programmen (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) und tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Excel (Programmierung von Makros) von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse von Projektmanagement
- (z.B. Jira/Confluence) und ERP-Tools (z.B. proAlpha) (je nach Level)
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)
- Freude an proaktiver Vernetzung mit anderen Fachbereichen und Schnittstellenverantwortlichen
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Hands On Mentalität, sowie eine hohe Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit komplexe Informationen adressatengerecht aufzubereiten und zu kommunizieren
