**Introduction**

Carnival Maritime is the marine service unit for the Costa Group, a pioneer and leader in Europe’s cruise industry.

The unit bundles marine operation competencies and best practices providing the highest safety, health, environmental and compliance standards for cruising. Our focus is on enhancing and facilitating effective communication and efficient processes between ship and shore. With the aspiration of achieving net carbon-neutral ship operations by 2050, Carnival Maritime has established a new center of excellence with a specific mandate to support the company by defining and executing the decarbonization strategy and its associated multidimensional technological challenges.

With its service and innovation, Carnival Maritime enables the vessels of the two Costa Group brands, Costa Crociere and AIDA Cruises, to meet the current and future needs of the cruise industry.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Project Lead as well as the Change Management team in daily project tasks of planning and tracking the project progress as central point of contact
- Coordinating the readiness of our vessels for the project implementation by organizing and coordinating the training resources ship and shore side with colleagues from across the organization
- Taking responsibility for scheduling and tracking ship and shore-side trainings
- Supporting the project communication to internal and external stakeholders across the organization
- Tracking and reporting the progress of the ship deployments across the fleet
- Capturing feedback and lessons learned during the project
- Assisting day-to-day tasks of preparing management meetings and presentations, managing action items as well as the key project files

**Your Profile**
- Working experience in the fields of Project Management and/or comparable organizational roles
- Profound IT skills in Microsoft Office
- Very good written and spoken English
- Reliability, independent work ethic and excellent organization skills
- Decision-making skills, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Initiative and time-management skills
- Very good communication and teamwork skills
