We have a remote-friendly policy, so our team members are able to work from home but also leverage our cool office in Stuttgart.

**You will be responsible for**:
We are looking for an eager and excited Operations Associate who’s ready to dive into all aspects of a B2B marketplace startup, with special focus on the Logistics and Shipping. You will work directly with the founding team from Daimler Trucks and KI group to collaborate on various operational projects and initiatives that will help drive us towards our company-wide goals. This is a great opportunity to gather hands-on experience in a fun startup environment, and have a direct impact on key deliverables. Our team is excited to bring on new associates to teach and develop while growing WTX together.

Join us in disrupting the used heavy duty vehicles market

**Depending on your focus area, you will be responsible for a mix out of the following tasks**:

- Handling all required processes for order fulfilment
- Research & analysis on the global shipping routes and defining the optimal ones
- Communicate with different service providers to find available shipping spots with the cheapest possible rates
- Manage & handle partnerships with logistics companies
- Booking shipping spots for our vehicles and ensure delivery within our defined ETA
- Create & optimize the shipping schedule through having close connections with shipping companies
- Ensure updating & tracking the required customer documents for the shipping process
- Aligning the shipping plan, availabilities & rates with the needed internal & external stakeholders

**To ensure your success, you’ll need**:
- Completed Bachelor or Master in relevant studies (e.g., supply chain, logistics, business administration)
- Some prior internship and/or work experience; with at least 3 year experience in shipping ideally, shipping related in a similar b2b and/or automotive environment
- Strong verbal and written communication in English (bonus if you are fluent in other European languages and/or Arabic)
- Experience working with SaaS tools (e.g., CRMs, customer support) or ability to learn quickly
- Very organized, detail-oriented and self-driven (taking on full ownership of your tasks)
- Growth-minded and passionate about making a difference and creating actual impact
- Positive can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills to communicate directly with customers and our stakeholders
- You are comfortable executing in a fast-paced environment that changes frequently.
