Our mission is to make the whole experience of trading trucks globally seamless, from finding a truck online to more efficiently and reliably being delivered with matching technology.

We have a remote-friendly policy, so our team members are able to work from home but also leverage our cool office in Stuttgart.

We are looking for an eager and excited Operations Associate who’s ready to dive into all aspects of a B2B marketplace startup. You will work directly with the founding team from Daimler Trucks and KI group to collaborate on various operational projects and initiatives that will help drive us towards our company-wide goals. This is a great opportunity to gather hands-on experience in a fun startup environment, and have a direct impact on key deliverables. Our team is excited to bring on new associates to teach and develop while growing WTX together.

**You will be responsible for**:
**???? Depending on your focus area, you will be responsible for a mix out of the following tasks**:

- Providing onboarding support to our users during initial registration
- Answering customer support requests
- Building out and improve processes in the customer success & operations function
- Handling negotiations and fulfilment of orders end-to-end
- Communicating with buyers and sellers
- Handling all required processes for order fulfilment
- Managing the coordination with external service providers
- Supporting suppliers in uploading their inventory on our platform
- Ensuring the quality of inventory shared by suppliers
- Owning supplier relationships, including regular touch-points

- Completed Bachelor or Master in relevant studies (e.g., supply chain, logistics, business administration)
- Some prior internship and/or work experience; ideally, operations related in a similar b2b and/or automotive environment
- Strong verbal and written communication in English (bonus if you are fluent in other European languages and/or Arabic)
- Experience working with SaaS tools (e.g., CRMs, customer support) or ability to learn quickly
- Very organized, detail-oriented and self-driven (taking on full ownership of your tasks)
- Growth-minded and passionate about making a difference and creating actual impact
- Positive can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills to communicate directly with customers and our stakeholders
- You are comfortable executing in a fast-paced environment that changes frequently.
