We have a remote-friendly policy, so our team members are able to work from home but also leverage our cool office in Stuttgart.

We are looking for an eager and excited Visiting Operations Associate who’s ready to dive into all aspects of a B2B marketplace startup. You will work directly with the founding team from Daimler Trucks and KI group to collaborate on various operational projects and initiatives that will help drive us towards our company-wide goals. This is a great opportunity to gather hands-on experience in a fun startup environment, and have a direct impact on key deliverables. Our team is excited to bring on new interns to teach and develop over the next months.

**You will be responsible for**:
**???? Depending on your focus area, you will be responsible for a mix out of the following tasks**:

- Supporting the WTX users during their initial registration
- Help the operations team building out processes in the customer success & operations function
- Start giving support on negotiations and fulfilment of orders
- Communicating with buyers and sellers
- Deal with the required processes for order fulfilment
- Coordination with external service providers and manage these relations
- Supporting suppliers in uploading their inventory on our platform
- Ensuring the quality of inventory shared by suppliers
- Support supplier relationships, including regular touch-points

**To ensure your success, you’ll need**:

- Currently studying in your Bachelor or Masters program
- Strong verbal and written communication in English (bonus if you are fluent in other European languages and/or Arabic)
- Experience working with SaaS tools (e.g., CRMs, customer support) or ability to learn quickly
- Very organized, detail-oriented and self-driven (taking on full ownership of your tasks)
- Some prior internship and/or work experience (bonus if related to this job)
- Positive can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills to communicate directly with customers and our stakeholders
- Curious to discover if the startup world is as fun and fast paced as it looks
