**Key role responsibilities**:

- Facilitation of demand and supply planning processes for Russia
- Demand Review Meeting leadership, IBP demand planning for Russia 350+ SKU - statistical FC, trends, launches, phase out, product life cycle
- Close cross functional cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Finance and other departments to ensure overall alignment on sales FC and product availability
- Commercial availability plans consolidation, Risks and opportunities assessment
- S&OP KPI management and reporting - FAcc, Bias, OTIF, PFR (incl global systems), key deviations drivers’ analysis
- Inventory & SLOB management
- Leading of the communication with RA department in terms of new launches and ongoing activities tracking
- Constant optimization of systems and procedures in order to improve overall efficiency and visibility

**Requirements**:

- High education (Economics, Logistics, Finance)
- 5 years’ experience in similar position (senior demand planning manager, demand/supply planning manager, planning lead) in pharmaceutical or FMCG companies
- Experienced SAP ERP, APO, IBP (or other demand planning system) user, key user as an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, experienced Microsoft Excel user
- Good communication and presentation skills, deep understanding of S&OP processes
- Fluent English
