Senior Project Leader System Flow and Methodology

Are you passionate about managing projects and diving deeply into technical topics? As Senior Project Leader System Flow and Methodology you will be part of a project management team handling a broad variety of projects within our central R&D department “Design Enabling & Services”. You will be working on topics such as methodology, machine learning, system level flow and hardware development and more. You will develop concepts to enable your team and take over responsibility to make your project team and thereby the project successful.

In your new role you will:

- **Plan, organize and control (medium complexity) IP, subsystem and methodology projects **using standard and agile project management methodologies
- Are responsible for all **operational decisions **in the project **and for the **achievement of **project targets**:

- Act as **main contact person **for all questions regarding the project
- **Form and lead the project team **, assign responsibilities within the project
- Drive **effective communication **, recognize barriers and achieve agreements
- **Establish and maintain **reasonable efficiency metrics and reporting

When working in a team you understand yourself as a team enabler, fostering the strengths of your team members and deploying them according to their competences within the team. You focus on efficient and respectful collaboration, while keeping the customer at the core of your decision making and feeling committed to and keeping your promises to the customer.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **At least 3-5 years **of work experience in the **semiconductor business **and being part of **project teams**:

- Know-How in **IP Development **as well as **Digital Design**:

- **Project Management skills **e.g. by leading a work package of a larger project or acting as a Scrum Master
- Fluent **English **communication skills - German language is a plus
