**Company Description**:

- More than 20 years ago, zooplus was one of the first to bring the pet category into the world of eCommerce. It acts as the link between the team members and the management and support with KPIs.
- Organize the day to day work of the team
- Manage People related topics (Vacation planning, Shift planning, People Performance Management)
- Create development plans for employees
- Transport strategic goals of the management to technical projects tasks
- Plan and Govern Scrum Methodology for project tasks Integrated into Scum Planning of the Division
- Act as 2 escalation instance for technical issues
- Govern ITSM related procedures for operational tasks (e.g. Change Management)
- Provide KPIs to measure team performance
- Leads cross-departmental communication
- Support Senior Engineers and TPO's in architectural decisions
- Responsible for technical leadership within the designate
- 6 years plus in a designated technical role as a Senior or 2-3 years as team lead in a Workplace environment

**Qualifications**:

- 6 years plus in a designated technical role as a Senior or 2-3 years as team lead in a Workplace environment
- Windows/Apple Client Operating Systems
- Software Deployment Applications (e.g. SCCM, JAMF, MECM, Intune)
- Azure Virtual Desktop
- Experience in leading a virtual team
- Solid intercultural experience
- Good Knowledge of Scrum Methodology
- Good Project Management Skills
- Ability to mentor and support team members in technical and non-technical topics
- Ability to create KPIs with value to the management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Fluent business English
- German language on professional level is a plus
