Senior Project Manager

Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices. This role involves driving governance, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams for successful SAP implementations. The individual will participate in leadership meetings, provide actionable insights, and ensure effective communication between stakeholders and delivery teams, with a strong focus on the Utilities segment.Key Responsibilities• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from initiation through transition to business-as-usual operations.• Develop and maintain SAP project plans, monitor progress, and report on milestones, risks, and dependencies.• Establish governance frameworks and enforce compliance with SAP Activate methodology and reporting standards.• Ensure delivery of agreed business benefits within defined timelines and budgets.• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong engagement throughout the SAP project lifecycle.• Define project scope, approach, and ensure successful completion of medium to large-scale SAP projects.• Provide leadership to SAP project teams, adopt best-fit methodologies (Agile/Hybrid), and oversee change control and risk management processes.• Maintain realistic project plans and deliver accurate, timely updates to stakeholders.Required:• Strong leadership presence with confidence and self-assurance. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional communication skills for internal and external stakeholders. • Proven ability in resource acquisition and team motivation. • Competence in strategic planning and execution. • Solid understanding of SAP project governance and risk management principles.Preferred:• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, ideally in Utilities industry (IS-U).• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and hybrid delivery models.• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager).• Ability to handle complex stakeholder landscapes and drive consensus.• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to Utilities segment.PersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
