We are looking for a Senior Project Leader Automotive Applications who will focus on software projects for our Automotive (ATV) division to be part of our System team being the main interface between internal system engineers, business line people and the management. In addition, you will support the team in leading technical discussions, facilitating, and helping people prioritize their tasks. This position is part of Infineon’s Project Management Career Path. It provides an attractive career opportunity for employees who focus on managing projects and functional leadership of project team members.

In your new role you will:

- Use project management tools to structure projects, maintain timelines, and control progress
- report and document project-related activities
- responsible for initiation of orders, communication with partner companies, suppliers, stakeholders
- manage changes and stakeholder communication throughout the project
- resolve conflicts between project-team members in a productive manner
- create commitment to assigned work packages and hold project team members accountable

This job is suitable for full
- and part-time.

You promote an awareness for continuous quality in your area of work and recognize and use different areas of expertise and skills of the team members. In addition, you enable and empower your project team and are open to new ideas and receptive to other ways of thinking or working.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- At least 3-5 years working experience as Project Manager
- Good PJM experience **with electronics systems that incorporate hardware and software activities**:

- **Good project management knowledge in terms of **project initiation, planning, execution and closing**:

- **Fluent in English and communication skills**
