Nailscamp is a leading and profitable European eCommerce business in the beauty sector with its brands Ongle24 and Nailscamp. With over 15 years of dedicated service, Ongle24 has prioritized delivering the highest quality at competitive prices for its customers, and through word of mouth Nailscamp achieved the market leadership in France and Belgium in the nail beauty sector. As we embark on our next chapter, our focus shifts towards further elevating our brand presence, establishing a robust marketing infrastructure, and expanding our footprint to the German market with a second location in Berlin, complementing our headquarters in Saarbrücken.

For this endeavour we are looking for a Head of Marketing (M/F/d) to define and to take charge of our marketing strategy. Working closely with our CEO and reporting directly to him, you will have a key role in shaping the direction of our company’s growth.

Aufgaben
- Be in charge for building and maintaining our performance and social media marketing capabilities in collaboration with our SEA and social media agencies
- Identify new advertising channels and implement scalable processes & tools
- Take ownership of Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO channels, driving continuous optimization and innovation
- Cultivate and expand our social media communities in order to grow our community and interact more and closer with our customers
- Develop, plan, and evaluate creative strategies, collaborating with the content team to ensure compelling ad assets
- Track, analyze, and report performance marketing KPIs efforts, providing insights that drive data-based decisions
- Lead and recruit a team, fostering cross team collaboration and alignment with overall marketing goals
- Effectively steer external agencies and freelancers to ensure cohesive execution of marketing campaigns

Qualifikation
- 5+ years of professional experience in a comparable position in performance or digital marketing in eCommerce
- A strong digital marketing expertise with a deep understanding of AdTech platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Keyword planner, Facebook Ad Manager etc.
- Profound knowledge across all fields of performance marketing & tech requirements
- Passion and drive to build high performing teams and empower individuals to reach their fullest potential
- Startup mindset: Proactive, eager for challenges, live an open error culture and have a pronounced can-do attitude and very good English language skills
- Proficiency in either German or French at an advanced level
