Einleitung

Wir suchen einen Head of Content (m/w/d), um unser Team zu stärken und unsere Content-Strategie, -Erstellung und -Verbreitung über alle Kanäle und Märkte hinweg zu leiten. Als Head of Content (m/w/d) beaufsichtigst du alle Maßnahmen zur Erstellung und Verbreitung von Inhalten, einschließlich schriftlicher, visueller und multimedialer Inhalte, und arbeitest eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, um eine qualitativ hochwertige Umsetzung zu gewährleisten.

Deine Aufgaben

Du entwickelst und implementierst eine globale Content-Strategie, die die Geschäftsziele und Markenwerte von Nitrado unterstützt.
Du leitest die Erstellung und Verteilung von hochwertigen Inhalten über alle Kanäle und Märkte, einschließlich schriftlicher, visueller und multimedialer Inhalte.
Du leitest ein Team von Content-Creators, darunter Content Writer, Designer, Animatoren, Video-Editoren, Social Media Manager und Streamer.
Du erstellst und pflegst Prozesse und Standards für die Produktion von Inhalten, die eine zeitnahe Bereitstellung und hohe Qualität gewährleisten.
Du überwachst und analysierst die Leistungskennzahlen von Inhalten, um künftige Inhaltsstrategien und -optimierungen festzulegen.
Du hältst dich über Branchentrends und bewährte Verfahren auf dem Laufenden und bringst neue Ideen und Innovationen in das Team ein.

Dein Profil

Du hast mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung im Content Marketing oder in verwandten Bereichen, davon mindestens 3 Jahre in einer Führungsposition.
Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse des Prozesses zur Erstellung von Inhalten für die einzelnen Unterabteilung: Animation, Grafikdesign, Content Writing, Videobearbeitung und soziale Medien.
Du hast Erfahrung in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro und Illustrator.
Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Blender und Maya sowie für die Abläufe in der 3D-Animation.
Du bist in der Lage, SEO-getriebene Inhalte zu schreiben und hast ein Verständnis für technisches SEO.
Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit WordPress.
Du bist nachweislich in der Lage, erfolgreiche Content-Strategien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen, die sich an den Unternehmenszielen und Markenwerten orientieren.
Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von Content Creators.
Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und bist in der Lage, Daten als Grundlage für Content-Strategien und -Optimierungen zu nutzen.
Idealerweise hast du eine Leidenschaft für Gaming und verfügst über ein tiefes Verständnis der Server-Hosting-Branche.
