**Job Description**:

- Assist in reporting and analysis of commercial performance and profitability.
- Provide accurate and timely information for month, quarter and year end close.
- Provide financial and business related analyses to assess the impact of various corporate projects and transactions.
- For assigned projects; prepare details of work plan and schedule, complete detailed analysis, identify options, prepare reports for management.
- Providing financial and analytical support (price volume mix analysis, profitability, sales trend analysis) to cross functional teams to support tactical and strategic business decisions.
- Support and assist in Forecasting processes
- Support development and implementation of standard reports in BI tools
- Participate in the initiatives related to: internal controls, ethics and values, OGSM, culture change.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years work-experience in medium to large size manufacturing company
- Bachelor degree in Finance, preferably a Master's or MBA degree
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a straightforward manner
- Proactive and independent self-starter able to drive projects to completion, on time.
- Being able to build bridges and create support for improvements
- Ability to cope with high pressure assignments and used to meeting strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills
