We are looking for **YOU - GENERATIVE AI CONTENT DESIGNER -**ready to turn briefs into brand-true images, videos, and audio using Gen-AI tools. As a key creator and advisor in our AI Hub, you’ll develop reusable playbooks and ensure all outputs are premium, compliant, and on-brand for Lufthansa Group.

**Your Day at the Oscars**:

- **Create and deliver** AI-generated imagery, short videos, motion, and audio for B2C & B2B social and paid assets from concept to final export.
- **Manage** the full pipeline: prompting generation refinement in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
- **Act** as SPOC for AI content requests.
- **Build** style systems, prompt libraries, templates, and maintain model registries for consistent quality.
- **Develop** scalable workflows for destinations, illustrations, and people visuals.
- **Ensure** brand safety via CI enforcement, QA checks, and factual review.
- **Apply** governance: content provenance, rights compliance, GDPR, and EU-AI-Act standards.
- **Collaborate**with creatives, strategists, paid media, and AI engineers.
- **Promote** AI creativity maturity across Lufthansa Group.

**Your profile**:

- **Hands - on Gen-AI creation**: Proficient with **Firefly, Imagen, Veo, Midjourney, Runway** (or similar); comfortable with in/out-painting, upscaling, masking, style transfer, batch iteration.
- **Adobe Creative Cloud expert**: Strong **Photoshop** (compositing/retouch), **After Effects/Premiere** (basic motion/edits), Illustrator (vector cleanup).
- **LLM - assistance**: Use ChatGPT/Gemini for ideation, briefs, alt copy, and automation helpers.
- **Taste & craft**: Proven ability to land **premium, on-brand outputs** for high-expectation brands.
- **Process discipline**: Versioning, naming, documentation; you turn experiments into **repeatable recipes**.
- **Languages**: Fluency in **English**; **German** is a plus.
- **Nice to have**: Runway Gen-3, Pika, Stable Diffusion/ComfyUI, ControlNet, Luma/Kaiber; audio/voice tools; basic scripting/automation; 3D awareness.
