Are you looking for a working student position where you build real AI agents and automate real business processes — Then you’re in the right place. At Madl & Maetzig Consulting, you develop AI agents for internal and external workflows and directly contribute to building our AI capabilities and position you and our company for the future of AI and automation. Founded by former Big Four consultants, we focus on enterprise-grade AI solutions, and related topics such as process automation, data and cloud solutions for well-known and leading clients across various industries. Join us in our scaling phase and become a key part of building our AI unit. Responsibilities: Support and implement evolving Generative AI use cases Develop and operate end-to-end AI agents Design, test, and refine LLM prompts and agents for next-generation workflow automation Identify, analyze, and conceptualize new use cases - from process analysis to full development Work independently on development tasks - from prototype to MVP and operations Build up our AI department including marketing content creation Requirements: Ongoing Bachelor/Master in Business Informatics, Management & Technology, or similar Basic understanding of Generative AI and LLMs, incl. RAG, LLM agent frameworks & vector databases Skills in Python, JavaScript (or similar) Strong analytical and process-driven thinking High initiative, structured communication, and proactive work style Passion for staying up to date with AI technologies Nice to have: Based in or near Munich for optional in-office meetups Experience with no-code tools (n8n, Flowise, Zapier, etc.) Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agents Experience creating LinkedIn content Benefits: High responsibility and ownership of your own AI agent use cases Young, supportive team with a fun and collaborative atmosphere Attractive hourly pay (18–22 €/h) with dynamic salary growth based on performance Flexible working hours & remote-friendly setup Direct impact by building the AI division of our company Opportunity to work directly with high-profile clients and leading enterprises If you're passionate about new technologies and eager to shape AI solutions, reach out to us We look forward to your application.
