Head of SEO

Work location**: FULLY REMOTE** within Germany (with a possibility to work in our office in Berlin) **FULL-TIME** **_ WHAT YOU WILL DO_** - Defining the vision of SEO strategy - Developing and executing best-in-class SEO strategies across twenty international markets - Working closely with a dedicated Product & Engineering team to prioritize and deliver the right development for SEO - Manage and grow an international SEO team - leading, coaching, and mentoring the team, ensuring clear objectives and development plans. - Be a source of knowledge for all things SEO, proactively sharing ideas and recommendations on the latest developments in SEO and the wider industry - Accountable for implementing, driving, and optimizing SEO strategies. - Ensure SEO efforts are having a positive commercial impact. - Nail the optimization/continuous improvement process for SEO. - Raise SEO literacy amongst the pillar.
