About the Role:   Your mission will be to work alongside our Customer Success Managers and support them by providing necessary information, reports, creating documentation and keeping it up to date. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, creative thinker, and a great communicator with a mix of curiosity and passion along with a drive for results. You will support Planet customers through their lifecycle from onboarding to renewals for our high volume-low touch accounts. You will also be part of a cross functional team working to improve Planet data quality by analyzing trends in data cleanliness.
