**You will be responsible for**:
- Providing technical support and solutions to users of technologies and software;
- Remote troubleshooting;
- Responding to usage queries;
- Managing the return of defective equipment for repair or replacement;
- Reporting improvement opportunities as well as software and hardware quality issues to product experts.
- Contributing to the development of sales for customer services.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer technology or technology in physical/electrical/mechanical engineering, or have relevant experience.
- Are proficient in English and German;
- Possess communication skills and customer service experience;
- Are autonomous, organized, and resourceful;
- Have good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
**Bonus points if you**:
- Have knowledge in metrology.
- Have an interest in sales and customer service.
