In our Drug Product Services (DPS) business unit, we are currently seeking a Process Expert for our new sterile Drug Product facility in Stein. This outstanding role is part of a Greenfield project, where you will join a highly energized and diverse team. What you’ll do:
- Act as the technical expert to ensure that the production line runs efficiently and effectively
- Coordinate and support the qualification of manufacturing lines, ensuring they meet strict industry standards
- Identify weaknesses in the production line and determine solutions to fix or investigate issues
- Establish, drive and maintain good cleanroom management practices
- Collaborate with team members to successfully implement improvements and new processes
What we’re looking for:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Life Science or Engineering
- Proven experience in EITHER aseptic filling or aseptic manufacturing OR experience in the qualification of manufacturing equipment
- Experience with highly active pharmaceutical ingredients (HAPI) is a plus
- Demonstrated experience working in a GMP-controlled environment
- Proficiency in English; German is a plus
- Ability to agilely move between various tasks during this dynamic and exciting project phase. You demonstrates strong collaboration skills and actively support your team members
